An actual story told by Papa Stan to SMD: As a young boy in Bristol, I played marbles with the other boys at school. A bully was known to steal marbles and one day, he was waiting to take mine. What few marbles I had, I clutched in my hands, forming two fists. Well, he stopped me and searched my pockets, then let me go, but he never asked me to open my hands and he never got my marbles. Should we be surprised?
His first car was an early 1950's German Opel that was battleship gray and had a sliding sun roof. The first one's were imported to the US by Buick.
